Our production team returned from the Christmas break and instantly delivered unique products. Among last month’s production line were a 2000L unvented stainless steel cylinder and a 450L stainless steel buffer vessel.

Bespoke Manufacturing In Action

In recent weeks, we have also manufactured unvented cylinders, marine calorifiers, header tanks, and thermal stores in both stainless steel and copper. All have been made to the needs of you, our customers.

2,000L Unvented Stainless Steel Cylinder

Leisure centres demand a substantial hot water storage. This bespoke cylinder includes two input coils (9.0m² and 6.0m²) to handle the demand.

At 1,300mm in diameter, this is one of the largest cylinders we’ve manufactured.

450L Pressurised Stainless Steel Buffer Vessel Prototype

No matter how complex a customers’ requirements are, we thrive on meeting their needs.

Last month, we produced 2x 450 litre pressurised stainless steel buffer vessel prototypes.

Our customer required the buffer vessels to include a 2½” flange connection at the head with an inspection hatch, along with various direct connections in different sizes.


Industry News: Heat Pump Association UK Launched

The Heat Pump Association (HPA), Ground Source Heat Pump Association (GSHPA) and Heat Pump Federation (HPF) have merged together as a unified body.

The Heat Pump Association UK (HPA UK) aims to influence legislation and other matters that affect the interests of the industry in general.

UK Government Announces ‘The Warm Homes Plan’

The UK government has revealed ‘The Warm Homes Plan’ to assist families struggling with their energy bills.

It will see £15 billion of public investment be spent on upgrading up to five million homes. These upgrades include solar panels (both solar PV and solar thermal), heat pumps (ground source, air source (including air to air)), home and heat batteries, smart controls, insulation (wall, floor, and roof) and draught proofing.

The plan is part of Great Britain’s aim to become “a clean energy superpower”; delivering cheap, secure, homegrown clean energy.
