Manufacturing Lead Time Update

Due to popular demand, the lead time for manufacturing HG Series Cylinders has increased. We are therefore advising customers to order 12 – 14 weeks in advance.

Please be assured that to try and avoid our manufacturing lead time getting longer, we are upgrading machinery, bringing in new staff, and improving our production efficiency.

Coming Soon: Version 3.0

Our Technical Sales Manager, Tom Sharpe, is currently developing Version 3.0 of the HG Series Cylinder specification.

Delivery Disclaimer

PLEASE NOTE:

Occasionally items do get damaged in transit, therefore the condition of all goods must be checked thoroughly for damage, before accepting delivery. Newark Cylinders cannot claim for compensation, unless the delivery has been refused due to goods being damaged on arrival. We cannot, therefore, offer compensation for goods which are accepted but are later found to be damaged.

If you do discover any damage, please take photos/videos, refuse the delivery and let us know straight away.
